Texhoma Christian Care Center is one of my oldest examples I will add to my portfolio but I felt it was important to display for a couple reasons. First off it is one of my only sites every entered into a competition and actually one first place. TCCC.com was awarded Best Website Design in May 2009 by the Texas Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (TAHSA). I also enjoy the site because even it’s age it’s still one of my favorite designs, there is something about the layout and coloring that I just like.
There were some technical problems that have came about on the site due to “feature creep” so there is a planned overhaul to convert the site to html5 and css3 with a WordPress backend. You can view the visual mockup here.
